President, Employer Services North America
John Ayala is President of Employer Services North America. In this role, he leads a team focused on providing an integrated approach to payroll, tax, benefits, and HR to help companies of all sizes work smarter and drive their businesses forward. Organizations under his leadership include Compliance Solutions, Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing, Major Account Services and ADP Canada, and National Account Services.
Previously, John served as President of ADP’s Major Account Services and ADP Canada, where he was responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Joining ADP in 2002, John has held multiple senior leadership roles throughout his tenure, including serving as President of ADP TotalSource®, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO); Corporate Vice President of Client Experience and Continuous Improvement; and President of ADP Small Business Services.
John has also held positions in client service and operations with various companies, including WebEx and Time Warner.
John holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
